This is my entry for this weeks Illustration Friday Challenge. The theme was "wilderness." I chose to enter this even though it is not new. For one, because I think it just happens to depict wilderness. But the main reason is because it just sold on Saturday. It is the first painting I have ever sold and I am over the moon about it. So to celebrate it I am reloading it on my blog and getting it out there in a challenge. : ) : )

It looks awesome!I love the complexity of the shadows cast by the trees and branches, so much detail and I really like the way the grass and the greens turned out too(I've always loved the greens more^^)
