Blind Contour Friday

I was joined this week by my son (whom I home school and have made blind contour Friday part of our Art Class) and my daughter. My daughter chose the phone for us to draw. My daughters drawing is on the yellow paper. My sons drawing is below hers and mine is at the bottom. They are very fast at doing theirs. I take much longer.

  1. That looks like a lot of fun. Good job, especially on getting the kids involved in art.

  2. Hi Florence, I like all the drawings; they're wonderful! Fast or slow works! It all goes toward "seeing". Each of these would make fun, festive designs too!

  3. I love drawing with my grandchildren. I like to do mine in ink for a couple of reasons. 1. They show up better on computer and 2. I never erase or am tempted to erase when I use ink.

  4. Great designs for a phone-cover :D
Love that you do those things together with your children. They will have a 'good eye' in later life.

  6. I can never see your pencil drawings; they are very faint. I've copied this drawing and then adjusted the contrast so I can see it. If you'd like, I can email it to you. Let me know! raena922 at yahoo dot com

  8. Great sketches from all of you! Kudos to making it a part of your homeschooling experience. But, then, that's what homeschooling is all about; the family experience and than every opportunity is a learning one. :)
